The extent to which formal written certifications are required may vary by supplier and product.

Where concerns regarding unethical conduct, slavery, or human trafficking are identified, we will review the matter and take appropriate action based on the circumstances.

As our business and supply-chain management practices develop, we will continue to evaluate appropriate training and educational resources for employees and management who have responsibilities relating to our supply chain.
